Two menus select which assignments you are viewing. The first menu on the , , and pages (above the student list) selects which grading period you are viewing, like "1st Semester". The second menu (above the assignment list) selects which assignments are displayed within that grading period. There are similar menus when you print "" or "". Options include: Last ten assignments — lists the last 10 assignments, excluding Hidden assignments. (Not available for print.) All assignments — lists everything in the grading period (you can even see Hidden assignments, but not when printing).
Categories — like "Homework" or "Quizzes" (see Categories) Hide makes the assignment not appear on any reports (but it still counts toward the grade).
Independent Study makes the assignment appear only for students who have scores. For any student whose score is blank, the assignment does not apply to them, so it does not appear on their reports. |
