SnapGrades automatically keeps backups of every score and assignment you change or delete, so you can always restore it if you made a mistake...or worse, if you think someone stole your password and made unauthorized changes. Restore Scores — To view any changed or deleted scores, click the "Backups" button on the , , or pages. It shows the date when each score was edited. Click any score to restore that single score or set of scores to that date. Restore Assignments — To view and undelete a deleted assignment, go to the page and click "Backups", then select the deleted assignment from the menu. Click any score to undelete that assignment and restore the scores to that date. Restore Students — To undelete a student in your class, go to the page and click "Add/Undelete", then enter the student's name or ID. All their grades will be restored. Note: The Backups above record scores and assignments only. They do not record changes to the assignment options, your gradebook setup, or student rosters. Server Backups — The entire server is backed up nightly to a second location. You cannot access these backups yourself, but in the event of a catastrophe we can restore the server so you will not lose all your data. See also: Export Gradebook |
