Teachers can grades and announcements to their students and parents (but only if they have a paid license). Options include:

To — Select one student, a whole class, or several classes, and send to just students or parents or both, or even staff such as each student's special ed. teacher, counselor, coach, etc.

Bcc / View Sent Mail — Use Bcc to send a copy of all emails to yourself (and/or anyone else) so you have a record of everything you send. When you send multiple emails, it actually sends you a single receipt instead of copies of every email, so your inbox doesn't get jammed with dozens of copies.

Message — Select what you want included in each email:
•  General announcements & homework
•  Individual student notes
•  Current grades
•  List of all assignments
•  List of missing assignments
•  Report cards
•  One-click access links


Admins can send email to the entire student body, a selected grade level, or individual student or parent. (Available only for group licenses.)
