One-Click Access Links are secure links for each student and parent to login instantly without having to enter their ID and password. This makes it more convenient for parents to stay involved on a daily or weekly basis. Each link contains a unique security code, like a password, so they should not share their links with others. For privacy, they should bookmark these links only on their personal computers; when on public computers they should login manually using their ID and password. You can send these links from the or pages.
The first time students and parents use SnapGrades, it prompts them to choose their own password and enter their email address and other contact information. After that it generates a new one-click access link for them to bookmark for future use. If they lose their link, they can still login manually and generate a new link by changing their password. You can also reset their link by resetting their password on the or page. |
