Seating Charts Index  

On the page you can make seating charts for your classes:
•   Click a student to move them, then click again to place them.
(If you place a student on top of another, they swap places.)
•   Click an empty space to add an empty seat.
•   Click an empty seat to remove it. (You cannot remove occupied seats.)
•   If you need more space at the top or left, just move a seat into the margin and it scrolls automatically.
•   When you add a new student on the , they are added to your seating chart with a dashed outline or faded photo to indicate they have not been assigned a seat yet. When your withdraw a student it becomes a vacant seat.
•   Each class/subject has a different seating chart. If you only need one, just choose one subject arbitrarily.
•   If you have two courses during the same period, like Art 1 and Art 2 during 5th period, click the checkbox "Combine period [5] classes" if you want both classes on the same seating chart.
•   Click the Copy button to copy seating charts from another class in your gradebook.
•   Click the Shuffle button to reassign students to random seats. (If you click Shuffle once, each student will definitely move to a new seat. Clicking it again might move some students back to their original seats by chance.)
•   Photos are uploaded in Admin Mode.
•   Click the button to print it.

Note: You admin can print your seating charts for your substitute teachers.
